MEDOWA GLOBAL VENTURES Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or business development and be interested in building business opportunities in the digital marketing and digital solutions industry.

The Business Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting field visits and client meetings, promoting our digital marketing services, and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, and direct marketing.
- Generate and develop new business leads and opportunities.
- Promote and explain digital marketing and digital solutions to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Follow up with leads through calls, messages, emails, and meetings.
- Convert qualified leads into clients and contribute to business growth.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to understand service offerings and communicate them effectively to clients.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns and business development activities.
- Achieve assigned lead-generation and sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on field activities, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree / Any Degree.




- Minimum 1 year of experience in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust sales and business development abilities.
- Confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
- Positive negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for a confident, energetic, proactive, and target-oriented Business Executive who is comfortable with field work and client interaction. The ideal candidate should have previous marketing or sales experience and the ability to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth.

Additional performance-based incentives may be provided based on lead generation, client acquisition, and achievement of sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
