Learners Track is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader to join our growing Business Development & Sales Team in Hyderabad.
Position: Team Leader – Business Development
Location: Punjagutta, Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 Years in Sales / Business Development
Work Schedule: Full time
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Business Development Executives
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly team targets and track performance
- Monitor individual and team sales performance
- Provide regular coaching, guidance, and feedback to team members
- Support the team in achieving revenue and business targets
- Handle customer interactions and assist the team in resolving queries
- Prepare and share regular performance reports with management
- Contribute to team development and process improvement
Requirements
✔️ 1–3 years of relevant experience in Sales / Business Development
✔️ Prior team-handling or leadership experience preferred
✔️ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔️ Target-oriented and result-driven approach
✔️ Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
✔️ Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
