About HomeDial

HomeDial is a technology platform for discovering PGs, rooms, flats and rental properties. We are building tools that help users discover properties and help real-estate businesses improve their sales and operations using AI.

About the Role

You will work on two areas:

1. HomeDial — Property & PG Outreach

- Research PGs, rooms, hostels and accommodation providers in Gurgaon.
- Contact owners/managers through phone and WhatsApp.
- Collect property details, photos, pricing, availability and other information.
- Help interested owners get their properties listed on HomeDial.
- Maintain and update property information.

2. Real Estate Business Outreach — AI Solutions

- Research real-estate agencies, brokers, builders and property businesses.
- Reach out to them through phone, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
- Introduce AI-powered solutions for sales and business operations, including AI calling and automation.
- Understand their current sales/follow-up processes and identify potential use cases for automation.
- Qualify interested businesses and schedule discussions/demos with the team.
- Maintain outreach and follow-up records.

What You Will Do
- Conduct online research to identify relevant businesses and prospects.
- Make outbound calls and communicate with prospects professionally.
- Explain HomeDial and our AI solutions in a simple way.




- Collect and maintain lead/property information in Google Sheets or CRM.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Coordinate with the team on qualified leads and demos.
- Track daily outreach and results.
- Suggest new ways to find potential customers and property listings.

Who Can Apply?
- College students and freshers.
- Positive communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with people over the phone.
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email and online research.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Self-motivated and willing to learn.
- Interest in startups, technology, AI, business development or real estate is a plus.

No prior work experience is required.
