Business Development Back Office | Broking Vertical

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support the Business Development team in the Broking Vertical. The role will focus on back-office coordination, data management, MIS reporting, client and sales support, and ensuring smooth execution of business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide back-office support to the Business Development and Broking teams.
- Maintain and update client, lead, and business development databases.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales, leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Finance for timely closure of requirements.
- Track leads, follow-ups, client onboarding, and business pipeline.
- Ensure accurate documentation and timely processing of client-related requirements.
- Monitor and maintain records of business transactions and activities.
- Support the team in preparing presentations, business reports, and performance analysis.
- Identify gaps in processes and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.




- Handle routine queries and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of business and client information.

Required Skills
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and data-management skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of the stock broking/financial services industry.
- Knowledge of CRM or business reporting tools will be an advantage.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in back-office, business development support, sales coordination, MIS, or broking/financial services.
- Candidates with experience in the broking, capital markets, wealth management, or BFSI sector will be preferred.
