Job Title: Business Development Officer Industry: Education / University Location: Guntur & Tirupati Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Employment Type: Full time Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Benefits: PF ESI Travel Allowance Performance Incentives Job SummaryWe are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Officer to promote the university's academic programs, generate student admissions, and build strong relationships with schools, colleges, educational consultants, and other relevant institutions. Key ResponsibilitiesPromote university courses and programs to prospective students and parents. Conduct regular visits to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and counselling centres .

Generate student enquiries and convert them into admissions. Build and maintain relationships with educational consultants and institutional partners. Conduct and coordinate seminars, presentations, career guidance sessions, and admission drives .

Explain courses, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures to students and parents. Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp,



and personal meetings. Maintain records of leads, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

Achieve monthly admission and business development targets. Monitor competitor universities and local education market trends. Coordinate with the university's admission and counselling teams for smooth student onboarding.

Submit regular reports on field visits, leads, conversions, and admissions. RequirementsAny Graduate;

experience in education sales/admissions/business development is preferred. 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong relationship-building and convincing abilities. Comfortable with field visits and travelling across Guntur and Tirupati. Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
