We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in clinical research and BA/BE studies to join our team and drive results in business development efforts.

Position Summary:

We are looking for an accomplished Business Development Manager (BDM) with 4-15 years of experience in the clinical research industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth in clinical trials and BA/BE studies. The BDM will play a key role in expanding BA/BE and CT business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, target, and engage potential clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors for clinical trials and BA/BE studies.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams,



including scientific and operational teams, to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Keep abreast of industry regulations, guidelines, and market developments to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree or certification in life sciences or business is a plus.
- 4 to 15 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the clinical research industry, with a focus on clinical trials and BA/BE studies.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors and their research needs.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
