Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong background in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Sales, Appointment Setting, and Inside Sales

.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads through cold outreach, booking qualified appointments, nurturing prospects, and independently closing deals.

This role requires a self-driven individual contributor who can drive revenue growth by acquiring new healthcare clients, building a strong sales pipeline, and effectively presenting Let’s Chat 24×7’s Healthcare RCM service offerings to decision-makers in the Canadian and US healthcare industry.

Healthcare RCM Sales

- Promote Healthcare RCM services, including:
- Prior Authorization
- Eligibility Verification
- Medical Coding
- Charge Capture
- Payment Posting
- Accounts Receivable (AR) Follow-Up
- Credentialing Services
- Develop customized sales approaches and value propositions based on client requirements.
- Understand client pain points and present appropriate RCM solutions.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Client Acquisition Target healthcare organizations, including:

- Medical Billing Companies
- Physician Groups
- Clinics
- Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASCs)
- Radiology Centers
- Diagnostic Laboratories
- Specialty Practices
- Healthcare Organizations and Medical Practices

Build relationships with key decision-makers, including:
- CXOs
- Practice Administrators
- Revenue Cycle Leaders
- Practice Managers
- Billing Managers
- Healthcare Operations Leaders
- Other relevant stakeholders

Sales Skills

- Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
- Excellent objection-handling and closing abilities.
- Proven experience in cold calling and appointment setting.




- Ability to identify qualified prospects and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Strong pipeline management and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently achieve sales targets.

Communication Skills

- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to create customized and effective sales emails.
- Confident communication with senior-level stakeholders and CXOs.
- Robust presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to clearly explain healthcare RCM services and their business value.

Technical & Research Skills

- Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales tools.
- Experience using LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo , and other lead-generation platforms.

- Familiarity with AI-powered productivity and sales tools.
- Ability to conduct market research, prospect research, and identify potential healthcare clients.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- MBA is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare RCM Sales .

- Proven experience in appointment setting and inside sales.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, pipeline development, and revenue growth.
- Experience working with US healthcare providers and selling RCM services is mandatory .

- Strong understanding of the US healthcare RCM and medical billing industry.
