Express Parcel Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Sales / Business Development professional from the logistics industry to drive new customer acquisition and business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate new business for international courier, air freight, sea freight and logistics services.
- Identify and approach potential customers through cold calling, networking, references, market research and direct outreach.
- Conduct client visits and face-to-face meetings to identify new business opportunities.
- Build relationships with potential customers and convert prospects into active clients.
- Understand customer shipping requirements and introduce suitable logistics solutions.
- Develop new accounts and generate regular, repeat business.
- Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of newly acquired customers.
- Achieve defined sales, customer acquisition and revenue targets.

Requirements:

- 2–5+ years of sales/business development experience in logistics,



international courier, freight forwarding, air freight or sea freight.
- Strong understanding of international shipping and import/export logistics.
- Proven ability to generate leads, acquire current customers and bring in business.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and client-handling skills.
- Comfortable with cold calling, field sales and regular client visits.
- Existing industry contacts/network will be an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business development activities.

Important: Relevant logistics industry experience is required. Candidates with sales experience limited to unrelated sectors such as credit cards, telecom, insurance or similar industries will not be considered. Compensation: Competitive salary + bonus + health benefits, based on experience and proven sales ability.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
