Role OverviewWe are looking for an ambitious, sharp Business Development Manager with proven experience in the media and advertising agency space. You will take complete ownership of overall business growth, client acquisition, and market expansion. If you are a proactive deal-maker ready to build and scale agency business from the ground up, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Business Growth: Identify, pitch, and close high-value agency mandates across branding, digital marketing, and creative production.
- Pipeline Management: Build a qualified pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and industry connections.
- Client Strategy & Pitches:



Understand client objectives and collaborate on sharp, winning agency proposals.
- Market Expansion: Spot new regional and industry opportunities to expand the agency’s footprint.

What We’re Looking For

- 3–6+ years of core BD / sales experience within an advertising, media, or creative agency.
- Solid grasp of digital marketing services, branding, and media planning.
- Excellent negotiation, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Jamnagar (mandatory).
