Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the assigned region.
- Target Achievement: Set and achieve sales targets for revenue growth, market share, and profitability across the region.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to enhance business opportunities.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to provide insights and recommendations for business growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (marketing, product development, etc.) to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in IT services, preferably in HR Tech with a proven track record of achieving targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends
- Strategic thinking and planning abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Willingness to travel frequently within the region.
