Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented female candidate for the role of Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong focus on selling fintech and enterprise software solutions. The ideal candidate must have minimum 1+ years of proven experience in product sales, preferably within fintech or financial services domain.

This position requires extensive national and international travel, and the candidate must confidently represent the company before senior-level executives and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the financial services sector.
- Promote and sell software solutions to domestic and international clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Conduct impactful product presentations and software demonstrations tailored to client requirements.




- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close sales deals.
- Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets and maintain a solid sales pipeline.
- Represent the company at client meetings, exhibitions, industry events, and conferences (national & international).
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis to senior management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in product sales, preferably in fintech or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience handling enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and presentation software.
- Willingness and flexibility for frequent national and international travel (mandatory).
