WE'RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE /n Kolkata | Full-Time /n ₹20,000/month + Incentives /n We're looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base, particularly across the F&B;, hospitality and lifestyle sectors. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Identify and reach out to potential clients

/n

- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and networking

/n

- Pitch our social media, photography, videography and content production services

/n

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

/n

- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals

/n

- Schedule and attend client meetings

/n

- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying clients

/n

- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update lead status

/n

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets





/n /n We're Looking For /n /n

- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales preferred

/n

- Experience in F&B;, hospitality, advertising, digital marketing or creative services is a strong advantage

/n

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

/n

- Confident in pitching and speaking with business owners/decision-makers

/n

- Solid follow-up and relationship-building skills

/n

- Target-oriented and self-motivated

/n

- Comfortable with field meetings and client visits when required
