About the Role

Docterz Health Tech is looking for a target-driven Business Development Manager to drive customer acquisition, revenue, and business growth through field sales. The role involves building relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through field visits, prospecting, referrals, networking, and other channels.
- Visit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare establishments.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Build strong relationships with doctors and key decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and customer acquisition targets.
- Maintain sales activities, follow-ups, and pipeline in CRM.
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Report regularly on pipeline, closures,



and field activities.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Field Sales, Business Development, B2B Sales, or similar roles.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong customer acquisition and target-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and travel across Bangalore.
- CRM experience preferred.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence is an advantage.
