Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Marketing & Business Development Manager to drive current business, develop customer relationships, and expand our presence in the plastic injection moulding and mould/tool manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new customers in automotive, electrical, electronics, consumer, and industrial sectors.
- Generate new business opportunities for plastic injection moulding, mould manufacturing, and related services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with technical, production, quality, and tool room teams for quotations and feasibility.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, enquiries, negotiations, and purchase orders.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales/business development targets.
- Conduct market research and identify new applications, industries,



and potential customers.
- Regularly visit customers and generate leads through networking, references, exhibitions, and other channels.
- Track competitors, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of new projects and customer commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, customer meetings, quotations, and sales pipeline.

Experience: 5–10 years in B2B marketing/business development, preferably in plastic injection moulding, mould manufacturing, tooling, automotive components, electrical/electronics, or related manufacturing industries.
