We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager (Digital Marketing) to join our team at our Mohali office. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in online bidding, lead generation, and client communication, along with a proven track record in bringing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities through platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and other online marketplaces.
- Handle the complete online bidding process, from proposal submission to project acquisition.
- Identify potential clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Develop strategies to increase company revenue and expand the client base.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project understanding and execution.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and clients.

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in online bidding and business development.
- Strong knowledge of Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
