We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager to generate new business opportunities and develop long-term relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, corporates and procurement teams. The candidate will be responsible for bringing new commercial interior fit-out, turnkey, furniture, branding and renovation projects for Sri Sai Realtors across Delhi NCR and other parts of India. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and generate recent business opportunities in the commercial interior and turnkey project sector.

Develop relationships with Corporate, Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants, Project Management Companies, Procurement Teams and Facility Management Companies . Identify upcoming office, retail, hospitality, showroom, airport and commercial projects. Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, references, cold calling, meetings and industry contacts .

Approach companies for vendor registration and empanelment . Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and potential clients. Arrange client meetings and site visits with the project/technical team.

Understand client requirements, scope of work and project timelines. Coordinate with the estimation, design and project teams for quotations and proposals.



Prepare and follow up on commercial proposals, quotations and tenders.

Negotiate with clients and assist in closing projects. Maintain a proper CRM / Business Development Tracker with leads, meetings, quotations and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

Monitor competitors, market trends and upcoming projects. Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
