We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to handle sales calls, lead follow-ups and customer conversions. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to leads and prospective customers.

Handle incoming enquiries through phone, WhatsApp and other channels. Explain our pageants, fashion shows, auditions, events, participation packages and other opportunities. Follow up regularly with interested leads.

Convert leads into registrations and sales. Maintain accurate lead and customer records. Meet daily calling and monthly sales targets. Build relationships with participants, clients, partners and potential customers.

Coordinate with the marketing and operations team. Prepare daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.



Handle customer questions professionally and provide appropriate information.

Requirements1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development or lead conversion preferred. Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English. Confident and comfortable making a high volume of calls.

Good convincing and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems. Candidates from events, fashion, beauty, media, education, hospitality or sales backgrounds are welcome.
