About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ** Business Development Manager with strong experience in Skill Development, Apprenticeship, NAPS, NATS and Tender Management **. The role involves business development, corporate partnerships, tender participation and managing a 2-member team.

* Key Responsibilities *

* Drive business development for ** Skill Development, Apprenticeship, NAPS & NATS programs **.

* Identify and develop new ** corporate and institutional partnerships **.

* Identify relevant ** government/private tenders ** and manage the complete tender process.

* Handle ** tender research, eligibility checking, documentation, bid preparation, submission and follow-up **.

- Prepare proposals, presentations,



commercial discussions and client documentation.
- Manage client relationships, negotiations and business closures.

* Lead and manage a ** 2-member BD team **, including targets and performance reviews.

- Maintain sales pipeline, tender tracker, MIS and business reports.

Requirements

* 3–5 years of relevant experience in Skill Development, Apprenticeship, NAPS/NATS, B2B Business Development or Tender Management. * Robust practical knowledge of ** NAPS, NATS and apprenticeship programs **.

* Experience in ** tender identification, documentation and submission **.

- Strong B2B sales, client acquisition and relationship-management skills.
- Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
