- Generate new overseas clients

- Bring job orders and sign MOUs / agreements with clients.

- Build and maintain robust client relationships.

- Achieve monthly targets for job orders and revenue.

- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.

Requirements:

- 3–10 years experience in overseas manpower recruitment.

- Strong contacts with Gulf clients.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Understanding of end-to-end recruitment and visa processes.
