About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and well-connected Business Development Manager who can build strong professional relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and design firms and generate new business opportunities for our company.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are good at networking, comfortable with field meetings, persistent with follow-ups, and capable of turning professional relationships with architects and interior designers into genuine business opportunities.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable meeting professionals in person, introducing our products/services, developing long-term relationships, generating leads, and converting those relationships into regular business.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach interior designers, architects, contractors, builders, and design studios.
- Regularly visit architects' and interior designers' offices and project sites.
- Introduce and promote our company's products/services and explain their benefits and applications.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects and interior designers.
- Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through field visits and networking.
- Understand upcoming residential,



commercial, hospitality, and other projects.
- Follow up with designers, architects, contractors, and decision-makers to convert opportunities into orders/projects.
- Build a database of architects, interior designers, contractors, and relevant businesses.
- Arrange product presentations, meetings, samples, demonstrations, and presentations where required.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects/orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure repeat business from existing professional contacts.
- Attend exhibitions, networking events, industry meetings, and other relevant events.
- Track daily visits, meetings, leads, follow-ups, and business generated.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Keep track of competitor activity, market trends, pricing, and customer requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

- 1–5 years of experience in field sales, business development, marketing, or relationship management.
- Experience dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, or design firms will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable meeting new people and developing professional relationships.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Positive local market knowledge and willingness to travel for meetings.
- Presentable, professional, and able to represent the company confidently.
