Responsibilities

Prospecting: identifying and qualifying prospects

Outreach: sending DMs and follow-ups on LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Telegram

Responding to interested leads and answering their questions about our services

Managing our LinkedIn company page (posting, engagement)

Supporting resume and LinkedIn/Naukri profile edits for candidates

Sending job applications on behalf of candidates, as per agreed plans

Reporting and tracking weekly progress

Internship details

Remote Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday)



Paid internship (commission pay)Top performers may get a stipend increase or a full time role Requirements: Basic understanding of how LinkedIn works Comfortable messaging people and following up Comfortable handling multiple types of tasks (outreach content admin work) Added advantage: Prior experience in lead generation, resume writing, profile optimization, or sales/outreach
