Role Description

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to support our sales and business development activities.

The intern will assist in identifying potential clients, researching target companies and industries, generating leads, and reaching out to prospects through email, LinkedIn and phone. The role will also involve following up with prospects, maintaining lead and client databases, understanding client requirements, and coordinating with the internal team.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Hinjewadi, Phase 1, Pune.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential B2B clients and decision-makers
- Generate and qualify leads through online research, LinkedIn and other channels
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn and phone
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication
- Research target companies,



industries and business opportunities
- Maintain and update lead and prospect databases
- Assist with preparing basic sales and business development materials
- Coordinate with the sales team on client requirements and follow-ups
- Track business development activities and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

- Valuable verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in sales, business development and client-facing roles
- Good research and analytical skills
- Ability to communicate professionally with business decision-makers
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, online research tools and MS Office
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with a team
- Freshers are welcome to apply, prior internship or project experience in sales or business development is an advantage
