Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying and generating new business leads.
- Contact potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
- Assist in maintaining client relationships and following up with leads.
- Understand customer requirements and support the team in providing suitable solutions.
- Assist with sales and marketing activities.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain records of leads and client interactions.
- Work with the team to achieve business development goals.
