We are a small, quick team. We use our own AI Employees every single day, so you will learn how AI actually gets work done in a real business, not from a course.

What you'll doHalf your day goes into building the machine that brings leads. The other half goes into talking to those leads and closing them.

- Build and run AI workflows that find prospects, enrich data, and send personalised outreach on email and LinkedIn
- Set up and tweak AI Employees inside PlumoAI for lead generation and follow ups
- Talk to founders, CTOs and business owners on calls, understand their work, and show how an AI Employee fits
- Onboard new customers onto their pre-trained AI Employees and make sure they actually start using them




- Track every lead and conversation in our CRM so nothing slips
- Test new AI tools every week and tell us what's worth using
- Share honest feedback from customers with the product team

Who we're looking forWe care more about how you think than what's on your degree.

Must have

- Solid spoken and written English. You will be talking to founders and CTOs, so this is non negotiable
- A techy mindset. You enjoy figuring out tools, connecting apps, and automating boring stuff
- Comfort getting on calls with strangers and holding a real conversation
- Ready to work from office, 10 AM to 7 PM, for the full 6 months

Good to have

- B.Tech or any technical background (any graduate can apply)
- Hands on with ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make, Zapier or similar tools
- Some exposure to sales, cold outreach, or LinkedIn growth
- Lives close to Dwarka Sector 12 Metro

Not for you if

- You want remote or hybrid work
- You only want to code, or only want to sell. This role needs both
