- Research and identify potential leads on LinkedIn and Instagram
- Find creators, founders, coaches, and agencies who could benefit from CarouseLabs
- Research profiles and recent content to identify suitable prospects
- Collect and maintain lead information including name, company, role, LinkedIn/profile link, and email
- Maintain an organized and duplicate-free lead sheet
- Send personalized outreach through LinkedIn DMs, email, and WhatsApp
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Track replies, objections, and outreach outcomes
- Build relationships with interested prospects
- Share qualified leads with the founding team
- Submit short daily activity updates

Who Can Apply:





- Students pursuing any undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Freshers are welcome
- Good written and spoken English
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data
- Consistent, responsible, and able to complete assigned tasks independently
- Interest in sales, marketing, startups, SaaS, or client-facing roles
- Must have a reliable laptop and internet connection
