Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in the shipping / maritime industry. Preferably 5+ years in a senior Business Development / Commercial / Sales leadership role within a Ship Management Company, Ship Owner, Ship Operator, Maritime Services Company or related organisation.

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Maritime Studies, Shipping, Management, Marketing or a related field. MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Development, International Business or related discipline will be an advantage. Robust knowledge of the shipping and ship-management industry.
