We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to join our team. You will connect with students, promote our AI-powered learning programs, generate leads, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with college students through calls, WhatsApp,



E-mails and other channels.
- Promote ZenThiran's learning programs, internships, and career opportunities.
- Generate leads and convert interested prospects into enrollments.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and colleges.
- Follow up with prospective students and achieve business targets.
- Maintain lead records and provide regular activity reports.

Qualification:

- Any bachelor's degree; freshers are welcome.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
