Vepan Pharmatech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive to join our team.

? Position: Business Development Executive

? Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience

? Qualification: MBA in Marketing

? Salary: As per industry standards

? Languages: English & Telugu

? Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the Pharmaceutical, API, CRO & CDMO sectors.
- Generate leads through telephone calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry databases, exhibitions, referrals, and other business development activities.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and track opportunities through to closure.
- Respond professionally and promptly to customer inquiries through email and telephone.
- Develop contacts with key decision-makers in Analytical R&D;, QC, Procurement & R&D.;
- Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable technical and commercial quotations.
- Regularly follow up with customers, address queries, and move opportunities forward.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.




- Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses, quotations, samples, and orders.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, quotations, follow-ups, and order status.

? Desired Skills

✔ Good working knowledge of MS Excel & Basic computer applications

✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills

✔ Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills

✔ Good follow-up and relationship-building abilities

✔ Ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

✔ Result-oriented and proactive approach
