We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Baner, Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, market research abilities, and a proactive approach to sales.
Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions or services. Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs. Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Maintain CRM records and sales reports. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required
Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive negotiation and presentation abilities. Ability to generate leads and convert them into business. Basic knowledge of sales tools and CRM systems. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset. Good understanding of market trends and customer needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
