We are looking for an energetic Business Development Executive with experience in IT Services Sales, Lead Generation and Outbound Business Development.

Key Requirements :

- 1+ year of Sales / Business Development experience
- IT Services sales exposure preferred
- Strong cold calling, email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting skills
- Lead generation and qualification experience
- Good objection handling and pitching skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Excellent English communication skills

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and research potential clients
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, calls, emails and databases
- Qualify prospects and build a healthy sales pipeline
- Schedule discovery meetings and demos
- Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly pipeline targets
