: Business Development Executive (BDE)Job OverviewShri Arvind Foundation is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to handle provided leads, build client relationships, and convert business opportunities into successful outcomes. Key ResponsibilitiesContact and follow up with leads provided by the company. Understand the requirements of prospective clients and explain the Foundation’s courses, training programs, and services.

Build and maintain solid professional relationships with prospective and existing clients. Conduct regular follow-ups and convert prospects into successful business opportunities. Handle client queries and provide appropriate information regarding courses and services.

Coordinate meetings, presentations, and discussions with prospective clients. Maintain and update the lead database and sales pipeline. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets. Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and sales activities.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of business requirements. Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and overall business performance.

Candidate RequirementsQualification:



BBA / MBA or equivalent.

Experience: 0–2 years in Business Development, Sales, Counselling, or a related field. Freshers with good communication and convincing skills are welcome. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
