Role description

As a Business Development Executive, you will support lead-to-conversion workflows by handling enquiries, qualification calls, service discussions and structured follow-ups. You will play a key role in maintaining response quality and speed across inbound and outbound opportunities.

You will coordinate with delivery and strategy teams to gather scope inputs, assist in proposal preparation and maintain clear status updates in CRM. Strong communication, active listening and requirement understanding are critical in this role.

Your responsibilities also include pipeline hygiene, follow-up scheduling,



objection handling support and contributing to weekly conversion reviews. You will help ensure that every lead is tracked, nurtured and moved through the funnel with process clarity.
