Job Summary

MoneyTree Realty is looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Executives Executives to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, conducting site visits, and assisting them throughout the property buying process.

Requirements

- Experience in Real Estate / Commercial Real Estate / Property Sales / Business Development

- Solid sales and lead-generation skills

- Good communication and negotiation abilities

- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

- Willingness to travel for property/site visits

- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with potential clients through calls, leads, referrals, and follow-ups.

- Connect with clients and understand their real estate requirements

- Build and maintain strong client relationships

- Handle regular follow-ups and lead conversion

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.

- Present property details, pricing, location benefits, and investment opportunities.





- Schedule and conduct client meetings and property site visits.

- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.

- Maintain strong client relationships and provide timely follow-ups.

- Stay updated with real estate projects, market trends, and competitor offerings.

- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Skills Required

- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

- Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
