We are looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Executive who can help us connect with OEMs, manufacturers, and potential customers and introduce our products/services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to various OEMs, manufacturers, dealers, and potential customers.
- Introduce and clearly communicate information about our products and company.
- Identify and research new OEMs and potential customers through online research, directories, LinkedIn, industry portals, etc.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective customers and OEMs.
- Follow up with leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team for further discussions.
- Maintain regular records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships with potential customers and OEMs.

Requirements:

- Good communication skills and confidence in speaking over the phone.




- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Comfortable with making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and internet research.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Prior experience in telecalling, business development, sales, lead generation, or B2B calling will be preferred.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills and a strong willingness to learn can also apply.
