Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales of our School ERP solutions by connecting with schools and educational institutions.

The role involves field visits, client meetings, product presentations, lead generation, follow-ups and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit schools, colleges and educational institutions to generate business opportunities.
- Connect with school owners, directors, principals and management.
- Present and explain School ERP solutions based on client requirements.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, WhatsApp and email.
- Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for demos,



proposals and client requirements.
- Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements
- Fresher to 5 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, B2B, EdTech, Software or Field Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting clients and handling face-to-face discussions.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Valid 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler is mandatory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to travel locally.
- Experience in School ERP or EdTech sales will be an added advantage.
