? WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT – MARBLE & TILES

NITCO Limited is expanding its Business Development team, and we are looking for experienced professionals from the building materials industry.

We have separate Business Development opportunities across two divisions:

? Business Development – Marble Division

? Business Development – Tiles Division

? Location: Mumbai , Pune , Indore , Raipur , Bangalore ,Ahmedabad, Rajkot, Hyderabad

Important: These are different positions with separate product categories and, business focus. Candidates will be considered for the Marble or Tiles division based on their relevant industry experience and market exposure.

What will you be responsible for?

- Generate new business through architects, interior designers, builders, developers and contractors
- Drive project sales and specification-based selling
- Build strong relationships with the Architect & Designer (A&D;) community
- Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects
- Conduct client meetings, site visits and product presentations
- Develop recent accounts and expand NITCO’s presence in the assigned market
- Work towards monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer servicing
- Support collection follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships
- Track market developments, competitor activity and new business opportunities

Who are we looking for? Experience:



5–10 years in Business Development / Project Sales For Marble BD: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Marble, Natural Stone, Premium Surfaces or closely related premium building materials.

For Tiles BD: Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Tiles / Ceramics and strong project sales exposure.

Candidates should have

✔ Strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders and developers

✔ Experience in project sales / specification selling

✔ Good knowledge of the Indore market

✔ Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

✔ A result-oriented approach with the ability to independently develop business
