We are seeking an energetic, result-driven, and proactive Business Development Executive / Marketing Executive to join our team at the Howrah Maidan Skill Development Center. The candidate will be responsible for field marketing, community outreach, institutional tie-ups, and candidate acquisition for various skill training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Field Marketing & Outreach: Execute local marketing activities, awareness drives and field campaigns to promote skill training courses in target locations.
- Lead Generation & Mobilization: Connect with prospective candidates, local youth groups and community leaders to build a solid enquiry pipeline.
- Institutional & Network Building: Establish networks with local colleges, NGOs and community centers for candidate sourcing and tie-ups.
- Campaign & Event Management: Organize mobilization camps,



distribute promotional materials and represent the center in local career fairs/events.
- Target Achievement: Work closely with the center team to meet monthly enrollment and mobilization targets.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, sales, business development, or candidate mobilization (preferably in skill development projects like PBSSD, DDU-GKY, or education institutes). Freshers with strong field marketing aptitude can also apply.
- Skills: Good communication and presentation skills, strong networking ability and readiness for local field travel.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near Howrah will be given preference.
- Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.
