The Opportunity

- We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Business Development Executive to expand BIOENTAL's presence in the Indian life sciences market.
- Whether you come from a sales background or a laboratory environment, this role offers an opportunity to develop a rewarding career in business development within the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry.
- Candidates with microbiology, QC, QA, laboratory, or scientific backgrounds who are interested in transitioning into sales are strongly encouraged to apply. Coaching and mentorship will be provided to support your success.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities across Southern region of India
- Build relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and research organizations
- Manage sales enquiries, quotations, proposals, and customer follow-ups
- Conduct product presentations and customer discussions
- Maintain and grow a healthy sales pipeline




- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Work closely with customers to understand their technical and operational needs

What We Are Looking For

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Willing to step outside your comfort zone and learn new skills
- Experience in sales, business development, laboratory operations, microbiology, QC, QA, or life sciences is preferred
- Endotoxin testing knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required
- Diploma or Degree in Science, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, Business, or related disciplines preferred
