Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of insurance domain projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to align business objectives and expectations.
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams,
ensuring optimal resource utilization and capability development.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing best practices, governance models, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee financials including budgeting, forecasting, revenue tracking, and margin management.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Support business development through solutioning, proposals, and identifying opportunities for
