Role Description: The Business Development Executive role at Luzo is a full-time, on-site position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. In this role, the individual will identify and approach potential salon, spa, and clinic partners, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive new business opportunities for the platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include lead generation, conducting meetings and presentations, negotiating partnerships,



and closing deals that align with Luzo’s growth objectives.

The Business Development

Executive will manage partner accounts, ensure smooth onboarding, and maintain ongoing relationships to maximize partner satisfaction and revenue. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to share market insights, optimize partner performance, and support strategic initiatives in the beauty and wellness ecosystem.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Robust Business acumen, including understanding of marketplace models and revenue-focused partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to present, negotiate, and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term partner relationships and driving mutual growth.
