Business Development Executive – Hyderabad | Jewellery Packaging /n Location: Hyderabad /n Work Location: Dibiaa Experience Centre, Punjagutta, Hyderabad. /n Experience: 1–2 years /n Employment Type: Full-time /n Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives /n About Dibiaa /n Dibiaa is a premium, design-led jewellery packaging brand helping jewellery businesses with high-quality, eco-friendly packaging. /n The Role /n We're looking for a Business Development Executive to build and grow Dibiaa's Hyderabad market. /n You will be based out of our Experience Centre and spend significant time meeting jewellers, visiting jewellery businesses, generating new leads, and converting them into customers. /n What You'll Do /n /n

- Develop the Hyderabad jewellery market through field sales

/n

- Meet jewellers, manufacturers, wholesalers, boutiques, and jewellery brands

/n

- Generate and convert new leads into customers

/n

- Understand packaging requirements and recommend suitable products

/n

- Handle follow-ups, quotations, samples,



negotiations, and closures

/n

- Build relationships and drive repeat business

/n

- Maintain CRM and sales activity records

/n

- Achieve monthly sales targets

/n /n What We're Looking For /n /n

- 1–2 years of sales/business development experience

/n

- Field sales or B2B sales experience preferred

/n

- Jewellery industry experience is a strong advantage

/n

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

/n

- Comfortable with frequent field travel and cold outreach

/n

- Own bike/two-wheeler preferred

/n

- Target-oriented and proactive
