Role Description The Business Development Executive - Intern role at 1Squares is an on-site position based in Bengaluru South. This internship involves identifying recent business opportunities, supporting lead generation efforts, and assisting in building and maintaining client relationships. The intern will engage with potential customers, present company offerings, collect and analyze market data, and help follow up on inquiries to convert leads into prospective clients.

Day-to-day activities include coordinating with internal teams, updating records in business tracking tools,



and contributing to strategies that improve outreach and customer engagement. This internship provides exposure to real estate business development and client-facing responsibilities in a professional setting.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Business to help identify opportunities and support growth initiatives.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with clients, present information clearly, and collaborate effectively with the team.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management to support ongoing client relationships and assist with post-sales follow-up.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include interest in the real estate sector, basic knowledge of sales or marketing concepts, ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South, and strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
