Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive (Fresher) role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, researching potential clients, and supporting lead generation activities through calls, emails, and networking.

The Business Development

Executive will assist in building and maintaining client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to understand service offerings, and presenting solutions that match client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, maintaining records of business development activities, and contributing to sales targets and growth initiatives. The role also requires regular reporting on progress and participation in meetings and discussions related to business strategy.

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation.




- Candidates should possess skills related to Business understanding and basic sales concepts.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction.
- Candidates should possess skills in Account Management and client relationship handling.
- Ability to learn quickly about finance and accounts outsourcing services and explain them to clients.
- Strong interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Management, or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
