Job Summary

- We are looking for dynamic, self motivated and energetic Business Development Executive to grow the business by generating leads, connecting with new potential clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
- The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting meetings, and achieving sales targets

Key Responsibilities

- Identify Industrial buyers and generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable products/services.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with potential clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and trial order plans tailored to industrial clients and follow-ups to close the order.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and new client targets for the industrial segment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and servicing of clients.




- Collet feedback on product performance on regular basis and market insights to be taken etc..
- Prepare reports on sales activities, client feedback and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/software systems.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid negotiation and convincing ability.
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts.
- Good presentation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Willingness to Travel

Qualifications

- Graduation degree
- Any professional degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field will be an added advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

Experience 0-3 years of experience in business development, sales, client servicing, or related roles.
