Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building relationships with educational institutions, corporate partners, and other stakeholders.

The Business Development

Executive will manage client accounts, coordinate with internal teams to deliver solutions, and track performance against sales and partnership targets. Daily responsibilities include outreach calls and meetings, preparing proposals and presentations,



maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and contributing to sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong New Business Development and Lead Generation skills, with the ability to identify prospects and convert them into long-term partners.
- Candidates should possess solid Account Management and Business skills to maintain relationships, understand client needs, and support sustainable growth.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation abilities.
- Relevant experience in education, training, or EdTech business development is beneficial.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and stakeholder management capabilities are advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Comfort working in a target-driven setting and using CRM or sales tracking tools is an asset.
