We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to support the growth and market expansion of our technology platform in Japan. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Japanese communication skills with hands-on experience in business development, partnerships, marketing, and market expansion within the technology ecosystem.

What You'll Do:

- Develop and strengthen our presence in the Japanese market
- Identify and build relationships with companies, institutions, communities, and strategic partners
- Support platform marketing, brand positioning, and user acquisition initiatives in Japan
- Explore new business opportunities and partnership channels
- Conduct market research and provide insights on Japanese trends, competition, and user behavior
- Manage outreach, meetings, presentations, proposals, and partner follow-ups
- Work closely with leadership, marketing, and product teams on international expansion
- Help localize communication and market strategies for Japanese audiences

What We're Looking For:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in Business Development. Marketing, Partnerships. Sales, or Market Expansion
- Strong proficiency in Japanese,



with the ability to communicate confidently in a professional business environment
- Good command of English
- Previous exposure to Technology. SaaS. Digital Platforms. Startups, or Internet-based businesses
- Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Good understanding of Japanese business culture and market dynamics
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
