We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us expand our client base.
What you’ll do
- Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries
- Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, networking, and referrals
- Understand prospects' business and marketing requirements
- Introduce Socio Sensei’s services and identify potential opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings
- Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects
- Maintain and manage the sales pipeline and CRM
- Build long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Work closely with the strategy and marketing team to develop suitable solutions for clients
- Consistently work towards monthly lead, meeting, and revenue targets
What we’re looking for
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, preferably in digital marketing,
advertising, branding, or a related industry
- Good understanding of digital marketing and social media
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers
- Valuable negotiation and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with outbound sales
- Experience with CRM tools is a plus
