Are you experienced in B2B sales, lead generation and outbound prospecting ? Cygnus Dynamics is looking for a Business Development Executive to join our growing team.

? Location: Kochi, Kerala

? Experience : 2–4 Years

? Work Mode : Remote / Hybrid

Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities and target markets for custom software solutions.
- Outbound Prospecting: Use cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate and qualify leads.
- Initial Engagement: Understand prospect needs and pain points to assess fit.
- Meeting Scheduling: Schedule discovery calls and introductory meetings with qualified leads.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate prospect and activity records in the CRM.
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work with the Business team to improve outreach, messaging, and target customer profiles.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience: 2–4 years in BDR, SDR, or similar outbound sales roles, preferably in IT services or B2B SaaS.
- Communication: Excellent English communication and professional email/conversation skills.
- Resilience: Hunter mindset with persistence and comfort handling rejection.
- Organization: Robust time management, organization,



and pipeline management skills.
- Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM and prospecting tools.
- Curiosity & Learning: Interest in technology, client needs, and consultative selling; self-driven and eager to learn.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
