Business Development Executive (BDE) – 8 Positions

Experience: 1+ Year

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate qualified leads through various channels.

- Identify potential clients and understand their business requirements.

- Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-ups.

- Promote and sell IT services and solutions to prospective clients.

- Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations with clients.

- Prepare proposals and coordinate with technical teams for client requirements.

- Maintain accurate lead and client information in CRM.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

- Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.
