Location: Noida, Sector 63 Job Type: Full-time | Work From Office Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the RoleXziant Communication Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development Executives (BDEs) who are confident, energetic, and target-oriented. The role involves connecting with potential customers through calls, understanding their requirements, explaining suitable products/services, following up with interested customers, and converting leads into sales.

Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers. Generate and qualify leads. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Explain products/services clearly to customers.

Handle customer questions and objections. Follow up with interested prospects. Maintain proper customer and lead records. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Convert leads into successful sales.

Build strong customer relationships.

RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable speaking on calls. Strong convincing and negotiation skills. Ability to handle sales targets. Valuable follow-up and lead-conversion skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Freshers can apply.

Experience in BDE, B2C Sales, Inside Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Generation will be an advantage.

Salary & Incentives ₹16,000 – ₹20,000/month attractive incentives Unlimited earning potential based on performance.
